Immune deficiency

Hi. So I have immune deficiency called CVID. I’m waiting on my ivig infusions to start. After almost three years ttc and no luck I believe we have figured it out. Crazy how our immune system and hormones/ fertility are so connected.

Anyone with similar experience?

I haven’t tried letrozole or clomid as that will be first step. According to ultrasound and labs I do ovulate but amh is very low and progesterone.

I’m just looking for hope..I’m not getting younger. Thanks everyone
