Feeling too good???

I know people can have easy pregnancies, but I feel like I just feel to good??? I had some sickness during 8 weeks and am now 10 weeks and the sickness is gone. The only symptoms I have are sore breasts, heartburn, and my appetite is hit or miss. Other than that I feel fine. I know maybe I shouldn't be complaining but I I have a miscarriage last year so it makes me a little nervous. Is anyone else having the same thing? Also, I may end up having a rough 2nd or 3rd trimester ya never know.
