Back pain is one of the most common types of pain for all people...could be pregnancy, period, sitting too long, standing too long, wearing bad shoes, exercise, weather... pretty much anything 🙃 
I personally did not have back pain as a pregnancy symptom. I didn’t have anything other than cramping and a missed period. Good luck to you and I hope it turns out how you want 🤞🤞🤞

Mt back didn't ache as a result from pregnancy until I was like 37 weeks. So no, not related sorry hun
