Is it normal to bleed during ivf stimulation shots?

Im currently on day 4 of ivf stimulations menopur/gonal f , yesterday I noticed i had spotting and today its more red/brown nothing extra heavy. Is this normal? Ive been on birth for 2 weeks so im thinking its from the bc? I hope Im still able to proceed with ivf! I did call my nurse to inform what had happened and she said its normal to spot during stimulations.. has anyone been thru this? I do have an appointment tomorrow for baseline ultrasound and bloodwork so hopefully my doc will let me know if all is good! Wish me luck ladies 🥲
