Is it just me or does it seem like parents and people in general make how skinny there baby/child is a competition?

My mom:"she's already in a size 4 diaper? Your niece was in size 4 at two" (my daughter is 11 months old)

"Shes in 12m clothes, your niece was in that when she was two"

My sister in law:"I wish my baby was skinny like yours" (her baby is 4 months and almost the same size as mine)

Every baby is going to be a different size, and that doesn't mean their cuter, or better, or too big. All babies are cute, and perfect in their own way. Please stop sizing your child before they can even walk.
