Is this a form of sexual harassment

This happened a while ago but I really got to thinking about it just now.

While I was on the bus to my university, a man sat next to me. I had my headphones on and only smiled at him since he smiled at me first.

He began talking to me so I lowered my music to listen. He started asking me all sorts of questions, my name, age, major. So I told him thinking nothing of it.

He started talking about his ex, how she looked just like me. He was talking about his kid. It seemed harmless but I was starting to get creeped out by him. He kept going on and on before saying that women like me made him horny. Then he started pestering to go out to lunch with him and asking for my phone number and how he could help me get a job as a waitress.

After he finally left me alone and got off the bus I was literally shaking, idk what I was feeling it was a mixture of shock, anxiety, and a little scared. But I’m not sure if it would be considered sexual harassment.
