BBT dip and spotting at 7DPO

Good morning ladies! Someone please give me hope. After a MC in December I think I am starting to go crazy tracking everything. I had some pretty heavy spotting yesterday at 7DPO, light cramping along with a BBT dip. Anyone thinks it could be implantation? The spotting seems to have stopped this morning and temp was back up. Please ignore the high temp the day before ovulation, I entered it by mistake and can’t change it anymore. Thanks in advance 😊🤞🌈
