Why are my boobs super sensitive?

Question

My boobs have never been super sensitive but for the past 2 days they're really bad, it hurts even to just put a bra on. Idk if I'm ovulating because i stopped having a period like 90 days ago. Should i go to the doctor or just try to wait it out?
I took a bunch of pregnancy test and they all came back negative so i don't think I'm pregnant.
Edit: now i have really bad cramps

I get really sore boobs a few days leading up to my period. It sounds like the start of one, so if you're not supposed to have a period, then call or see your physician.
