Hey guys,

I don’t track BBT and just go by fertile cervical fluid but I was wondering if anyone that does could help with a query.

I tend to get bloating from around ovulation for a week or so which I believe is the progesterone increasing. But what I’m not sure on is if anyone else gets the bloating and tracks their ovulation, if this happens the day before ovulation, day of or if it starts after?

Just trying to pin point when I may have actually ovulated over a 3 day window.
