I’m 2DPO according to GLO I’ve never had this before but my lower back is hurting sooo bad, I cannot get comfortable. I’m still even wearing my pajamas because I’m a little nervous to put on leggings (because they’re a little tighter than my pjs)

Last night I felt some “pulling sensations” in my abdomen. Again, the other months of TTC I haven’t felt this pain before, I even threw up last night after I had a little bit of cough syrup (to help with my body ache I had) I’ve NEVER thrown up from cough syrup , and I’ve taken it last week as well and it didn’t come back up . could this maybe be implantation pain? Maybe I ovulated earlier than I thought?? I have NOT noticed any bleeding. I was told some people don’t even notice the implantation bleeding, I also wear dark underwear all the time so maybe I wouldn’t notice . This is my first time TTC.
