My doctors office just called and they want me to start it today, I’ll be inserting them vaginally, she said even though the pharmacy will say orally, they want me to insert them vaginally, one in the morning and one at night. I’m 4 days past trigger shot today.

I’ve never had to do these before so any tips or things I should know? Does it just fall out? Should I wear a panty liner? Lol. I’ll be doing them until I either get my period or, hopefully I’ll be pregnant. 🤞🏼🙏🏼
