Is it possible to be experiencing waves of nausea this soon or is it from ovulation?

Also incredibly solid sore boobs, but I tend to get painful nipples until AF starts, but not normally this hard fullness. I know its too early for anything really but hoping these little differences to normal will mean something 🤦‍♀️ I think I'm just clinging on to anything because I hate the thought of another month with a negative test :(
