Why can’t I conceive?

I know it takes time. But I’m young and healthy. Why can’t I get pregnant it’s destroying me mentally every time I start my period and realize I’m not pregnant. Maybe it’s because I’m trying so hard. Maybe it’s because I want it to bad but what do I do. It’s heart breaking. Month after month after month. What am I doing wrong. Someone please help.. I’m 21 and been trying for about 6 months now

It takes up to a year for a healthy couple under 35 to conceive
My partner and I started trying just before I was 22 and we found out that we weren’t conceiving because of his fertility, it may not be you. My first pregnancy was also ectopic, it took over a year to happen, and I ended up losing my left tube before conceiving again
Give it time, I know it can be hard, but you’ll get there

I am also 21 and we have been trying for almost 3 years now. I have pcos but am managing it, I’m regular and I track my cycles. The first time I found out I was pregnant I didn’t know and lost it. The second time was a chemical, you may want to get checked out sooner than later. Never would I have imagined it would take this long :( I feel your pain girl. Diet and lifestyle changes are going to be my recommendation

Please know you are not alone in the boat!! I am 23 and come from a family of fertile Myrtles! Yet, I can’t seem to get pregnant. ￼
I am in the same boat. I can’t explain to you how much I ache. I hit the six month mark this cycle and have cried every day since. 
You are not alone in this and I’m learning that it is not abnormal for it to take a little longer. 
According to studies, sperm count has gone down by like 50% in the average male in the last fifty years.  My hubby is trying a fertility/sperm booster. Always worth a try.

Do you use opks & temp to pinpoint and confirm ovulation? Then time sex accordingly? How long have you been TTC? It can take 1-2 years to conceive naturally, that’s why doctors don’t do testing till you’ve been trying 1 year.
