TMI - guys please help me out

I’m 13 DPO , I found this CM on my panties today just now? What does this CM is? I have tested twice today morning and yesterday . Found BFN. I Don have any cramps now. Had them on my 8th and 9th DPO. Past two days I had a pain in my left below abdomen area. Pls help.
