late and terrified

So i had sex just once, 5 days before my ovulation with a condom+pull out+water tests for the condom and nothing was leaking.I am late with 6 days.My period is usually not regular,last month i was late with 17 days.I take Zoloft so maybe is like a side effect.What do you think?Should i worry about pregnancy?I also have symptoms-sore boobs,acne,more white discharge than usual and sometimes i have cramps.
