Really need advice!

Rebecca • We have 2 angel babies and 3 babies this side of heaven and pregnant with our 4th!

This might be long but I hope you stay with me! 7 years ago we started trying and 6 months in found I wasn’t ovulating. We did 3 rounds of clomid with no luck. Then we switched to Femara and did 3 rounds with no luck. We introduced the trigger shot because I was ovulating but not releasing. Then we moved to IUI with Femara and the trigger shot. 3 rounds and we finally got pregnant but had a miscarriage 9/2016. We did another 3 rounds of Femara and the trigger along with progesterone and got pregnant again (we now have a beautiful 3 year old 9/2017). November 2018 we found out we were pregnant without trying or taking medicine but had another miscarriage at 9 weeks. I started tracking ovulation and got pregnant again and had another healthy baby 12/2019. October 2020 my cycle came back and it’s been 30 days one month then 37 and kept in that pattern until this cycle which was only 32 days (should’ve been 37 according to my pattern). I did A1c, thyroid, testosterone and progesterone blood work and all was good except my progesterone. It was 10 which my dr said was anovulatory.

So, my dr prescribed Femara and I’m to take it day 3-7 and then bloodwork on day 21. In my past cycles I have got peak ovulation tests but one cycle they’re around day 14 and the next their closer to day 21. Anyone have experience with up and down cycles and how Femara affected them? I’m worried numbers and bloodwork will be calculated based on a “normal” cycle and I’m not sure how to adjust or request the doctors to adjust.
