Most wine vinegar products are considered to be 0% alcohol because it only contains trace amounts.
Alcohol is safe when breastfeeding in moderation (aka stop before you feel the effects).

Theres no alcohol in red wine vinegar. 
Im breastfeeding and plan on a glass of wine with dinner 🙌🏽
