What are you doing for birth control while breastfeeding ?

I’m curious what birth control options other breastfeeding mamas are using. Did it decrease your supply? I’m thinking of getting the Kyleena iud but nervous about the side effects. Please share what you are doing or did for birth control while breastfeeding.

I have kyleena - other than constant spotting for a few weeks in the beginning I have had absolutely none of the common side effects. 
Tried minipills with my oldest and my mood was all over the place. Hated them.

I did the fertility awareness method (FAM) combined with condoms when needed.

I started the mini pill right away with both kids. It did not affect my supply and I didn’t start my period until around 12 months pp both times. Also I was regular while on it.
