At how many DPO does Implantation bleeding happen?

I am at 9 dpo and even though yesterday I told my self I would let go of looking for symptoms, this morning when I woke up I felt a tiny drop and when I went to check it was very light pink almost clear. Then later today I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a bit more. Again light almost translucent.
I do not know if its implantation bleeding, or if I am starting to spot very early for a period that is due in 5 days.

Implantation happens between 6 and 12 dpo. Implantation bleeding hasn't been linked to actual implantation and is just poorly named for bleeding that occurs before a period and after ovulation. The vast majority of people who experience bleeding during the tww who assume it's implantation bleeding don't usually end up pregnant. It's not to say you won't get a BFP if you bled during the TWW. But its more commonly not associated with the actual act of implantation and that is just misinformation. Yes yes yes you'll hear women yell up and down that it's a real thing cause they had it, but There are many reasons to find blood mid-cycle (irritated cervix from sex, stress, vaginal fissures, medication, ruptured nabothian cyst on cervix, old ovulation blood, period coming 'early', to name a few), so its very hard to pinpoint exactly why. Too many people automatically  jump to the conclusion or expectation that it was implantation bleeding, and more often than not, that is simply not the case. This app makes IB seem SO much more frequent than it actually is. Random mid cycle spotting is very common and often unexplained! 🤷‍♀️ Good luck!!!
