So I have my baby in her crib with her sleep sack but now she starts to roll over but doesn’t know how to roll back on her back and I’m scared.. will she be fine if she rolls over?

They learn to roll back way later. So no worries. If baby is able to roll, he can also cope sleeping on tummy.

Yes totally safe.
Even if her face is straight down, crib mattresses are firm for a reason. It pushes the nose flat and they can still breathe. Just nothing else in the crib and you are good to go!

Can she lift her head and turn it side to side if shes on her tummy?

My baby did that with four months. She took a while to learn to roll back. I was told by health visitor that it's fine because she had good head control but if I should ideally turn her back.

My baby did this when she was 5.5 months and would smash her face in the mattress. She eventually learned to turn from front to back within 2 days. I wouldn’t worry about it as long as they have shown good head support during tummy time and all suffocation hazards are out of the crib :)
