What is this discharge

I have been having this discharge for about 3 days now. I don't have any itching and it doesn't really have an odor either.

A little back story I was 17 days late for my period and had 2 negative pregnancy tests. I finally had my period but it was light and only lasted about 2-3 days. Then on Monday night my husband and I kind of had rough sex that night and then Tuesday morning this started to happen. I thought maybe a yeast infection but that usually has an odor and is usually itchy. I am having a little bit of cramping every so often. I'm just not sure what is going on and I'm thinking about calling my doctor. Here is a picture of the discharge. Sorry for the TMI.
