TTC with only one ovary and fallopian tube?

Carly

Hey yall! Here’s the background story. When I was only 9 y/o one of my ovaries had to be removed and they left the Fallopian tube. Over the past years I developed a lot of pain in my pelvic area so I went to the doctor and found out that the Fallopian tube with out an ovary was basically just dangling around and was filling up with liquid. They ended up putting me on birth control then going in and removing the Fallopian tube. When they were in there saw that I had a little bit of endometriosis, which they got rid of. But they also noticed that my other Fallopian tube and ovary were “too” attached to each other. Basically meaning when trying to get pregnant my egg wasn’t going to be able to meet the sperm. So they fixed that and told me everything was good and I would be able to get pregnant. The surgery was December 12th I stopped birth control January 24th then got my first period February 22nd and second one March 20th. My question is has anyone gone through something similar and been able to get pregnant soon after? Will I ovulate every month still?
