Birth control And weight loss
So I'm basically on a low dose of birth control, I'm having trouble losing weight, I'm at a major plateau since I have started the birth control . I do not want to get off , I am 7 months post partum. Since on birth control I feel I stay bloated and light bleed on and off. Any suggestions on how to get past this or will this be a forever thing??
