I’m not meaning like when to let it start working but is it physically safe? I got mine yesterday and I’m afraid even if I move too suddenly that it’ll move and get stuck somewhere LOL

I was told that nothing should go into the vagina for 7 days after iud insertion.
Due to the spotting and a little discomfort I had from when they had the clamp in there we waited 2 weeks

A week. You're supposed to wait a week to give the cervix time to close back up and prevent infection
