Pregnancy when your not ovulating?

SOS I need to know if you can still get pregnant even if your not ovulating. I’ve done some research but I’m getting mixed answers so someone please help me.

Do you know for a fact you’re not ovulating or is it like you have PCOS and haven’t had a period in a few months? Because that’s how I got pregnant with my second. I mean, we were trying but I was going 6+ months without a period.

Are you knowing your not ovulating because you are not getting a positive opk?
The positive is from your LH level telling your body to release an egg. Even then it doesn’t mean you actually do. 
If you don’t release an egg, pregnancy cannot occur

No, u have to ovulate to get pregnant. However, the majority of women don’t know when they ovulate. Even if u use apps like this, they are only an estimate of when u ovulate & aren’t always accurate, especially since u can ovulate earlier or later than usual/predicated. Not to mention, once an egg is released it’s viable for up to 24 hours & sperm can live inside of u for up to 5 days... so, even if u have sex a few days before ovulating or even the day after, pregnancy is still possible. 
This is why it’s so often said that pregnancy can happen anytime u have sex.

No you can not get pregnant if you are not ovulating. When you ovulate you release an egg. So when you don't ovulate no egg is released

I would assume if you are not ovulating, you are not releasing an egg, therefore, you cannot get pregnant without an egg.
