Has anyone has luck with Co Enzyme Q10?

So this isn't a supplement our doctor has recommended to us as yet. But it seems to have great benefits and I can't help but wonder why they'd not recommend this and instead ask us to buy this and that and everything else under the sun while still under investigation?

I had several losses and before doing ivf started taking coq10 200mg 3x a day. I had more embryos than average survive and my very first transfer resulted in a baby, my first ever. So in my experience I believe it does help

I’ve been taking 400 coq10 from jarrow - it has the best absorption. Coq10 helps our cells convert energy more efficiently and can help improve egg quality.
I had my husband take 100 every day as well.

What dose of coQ10 are you guys taking? I take 200mg  per day but it wasn’t recommended by anyone i have just heard good things online. I didn’t wanna over do it but I see some people take 400mg?
