Looks like a larger chunk of uterine lining to me .

Google "uterine cast" and be amazed/horrified. It's just as the other commenter said - it's a bigger chunk of lining. They can be red, brown, black, or tan, and can pretty pretty big! Sometimes people even think it was a miscarriage or something. Not a big deal at all! For lots of people it never happens again.
