One of my closest friends is getting married. Yay I’m very excited for her. Only issue is , I’m awful at gift giving. Her bridal shower is next week. She has NO REGISTRY so I’m a little stuck. I went to get her a $150 gift card to a spa, which I thought would’ve been a simple task but then I found out they don’t offer couples massages. A massage at this place costs $105 so even if her husband wanted to come along with her, he’d have to cover the rest. I called so many people trying to get opinions and most said that the bridal shower was a gift for the bride so I should be fine. It just didn’t sit well with me. . When I talked to my bestie that’s been married before, she said the gifts are supposed to be for husband and wife. I talked to another close friend and my boyfriend and they both said that the gift was cool but a little tacky considering it doesn’t cover both of them. So I went shopping for couples massage. I thought I found a great place but the prices were all about like $235 -$300 which I was told was way too much for a bridal shower. I don’t have money to blow and The only place that was affordable had skeletons all over. I know my friend would find it a bit strange and creepy. So do I just get the couples gift card or just buy a gift card specifically for my best friend??
