I am exactly 7.5 months postpartum and my son has been exclusively breastfeeeding untill today. I started solids 7 weeks ago (he’s on 3 meals a day, 2 solid ones) and its been 5 weeks since i try to keep 8 hours at night whitout breastfeeding (in order for my period to return but nothing so far) You guys gonna think am crazy but i have been doing ovulation tests every day since 4 months pp and i have yet to have a positive result yet.. I am super annoyed because i do want to ttc again but i dont want to stop breastfeeding. I have gotten an almost positive result on ovulation test almost every month for the last 4 months but i know i dont end up ovulating because i am charting religiously and i have no rise in temperatures at all (and also no period). Its like my body is trying to ovulate but doesnt.. I am soooo discouraged😔 With my 1st baby my period returned 4 months pp and i was EBF. So weird

Anyone else on the same boat? Or have been through this in the past? Any advices?
