Nexplanon

Hello! I’ve been on my period for almost a month now(in 3 days will nake a month) and the bleeding has been weird like brownish or a deep deep red and at first it was like spotting then turned into light bleeding(i could wear my pad basically all day if i wanted) my doctor says its fine nothing to worry but I just want know if anyone else has experienced this??? Because I find this to be really strange and I’ve been on this for a year and a few months and its never been like this.
