Are these cramps normal?

I think I’ve had a UTI for 2 weeks, I am also 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I started to have really bad cramps 6 days ago (1 day before my missed period) my UTI also progressed 2 days ago (I urinated then felt a burning sensation right after and a feeling like I still had to pee) so I took some over the counter UTI meds. They last about 10-20 seconds and come about 4xs a day usually when I lay down and they feel way worse than period cramps. I thought it was pregnancy cramps but then I thought maybe it’s because of my UTI. Are these cramps normal?
