Pregnant with a low sperm count?

My fiancee and I are trying to get pregnant and he's done a home test to check his sperm and we have an appointment in May with a fertility place and we are BOTH taking fertility boosters. Well I was wondering  if anyone's gotten pregnant with a S/O whose got a low count?

Well my husband's was low was year, he's been on a supplement called Prelox on and off for the last year (because its expensive) and he had his tested again a few weeks back and the count was way up. He also cut out drinking and we've cut down on sugar as much as our cravings allow 😂
We've also started on Co Enzyme Q10 (200mg a day) which is also said to help not only sperm count, but also low ovarian function (which is my problem).

Yes i am 2 months pregnant and my husband has a very low sperm count please dont lose hope and keep trying x

The at home checks only check certain things. There are so many factors that come to play with sperm. 
But my husband has fluctuating numbers. We had 3 failed iui and now doing ivf with icsi. 
It can happen if low count is the only factor. That could be an easy fix.

Some people in here have, but it honestly depends how low your low is and if there are any other factors (morphology/motility/so on). Under 10 mill, the chances aren’t promising without IVF. Over, the chances are a bit better and medicated cycles or IUI might work if natural attempts don’t. Definitely see what they say the cause is when you go in. Sometimes, it could be a simple hormone fix or lifestyle changes.
