What's the best way to move past someone

They never replied to my message, I'm not wholly surprised but it still sting a bit. What's the best way to get past them? I know deep down it's for the best cause he wouldn't have treated me but I let myself believe in a fantasy for a bit that he was gonna be different. Any tips I would appreciate 😔
