How long are your periods?

I use to have 7 day periods when I was in secondary school. I’m now currently 25 and my periods are 4 days!

Mine was 4 days when I was on birth control. Once I stopped it went to 7 days with horrible pain the first 2 days.

Started out 7 days without fail, switched to all natural products (menstrual cups mostly) & was down to 3-4. ￼

I used to have 3 period days followed by light spotting. However, I just had my first child and I've yet to have a period post partum. I know it'll be longer and heavier so I'm kind of dreading it. 😂
