Do you dance with your toddler?

I wish I did. I can’t remember the last time I just danced to music. I’ve been trying to get my groove back, so I can dance with my son. I know he’d love it. He dances like my husband does (taps his hands on his legs). But I want to really move again. I’m trying to find that spark. I’m thinking of creating a playlist with lots of rocking out songs.

I want to be able to dance with my son. I’m just not sure how to anymore. I always feel self-cautious. I haven’t even gone dancing since early high school. (10 years ago)
