Breast cysts

Hi guys. Please help me ease my anxiety. 6 months ago I went in for breast ultrasound because I had a lump in my armpit and lump in my left breast so my doc thought it was a swollen lymph node. Turned out it was nothing and that I have a bunch of breast cysts. 6 months in and my both of my breasts are so tender and painful to touch and the pain radiates into my armpit especially around ovulation or period time. If some of you are dealing with the same thing, do you also experience discomfort and pain? I’m so scared it’s going to turn into something else..
