Anxiety ridden

My teenage brother loves my 9 month old son and tonight he played with him a little rougher than I would have liked. He threw him up in the air and pretended like he was gonna throw him across the room very fast, also spun himself round a little bit. My son was smiling the whole time but still. I was not comfortable with this and I said that but my family doesn’t always respect my boundaries. When I told my mom I was a little worried she told me I am way too paranoid. I’m not denying that I can be overly paranoid, but I’m looking for some advice or maybe even some reassurance! Thank you 😊
