There’s nothing wrong with helping with studying or helping them with concepts they are unaware of or struggling with. Now if you’re doing something like writing papers for an English course or physically taking an exam for them, that’s an integrity issue and can potentially get him kicked out of any school program. So that would not be smart of you college student.

Why wouldn’t you help them if it’s something you’re good at and they don’t even need it but are required to take it? My husband helped me with a music class that was required for my gen ed because he was a music major and I’m tone deaf.

Exactly!! I'm a theater major and I am required to take a science class "Environmental" My boyfriend has helped me so far taking every test because I'm horrible at science and he is super good at it. I study a bit and then he helps me decide on what questions are corrects. Well , for this last test I thought I was not gonna have it until Friday and I'm out of the country for vacation; I asked my boyfriend to please help me and he said no, I told him I was going to review the questions at the end of each chapter and he still said "no, you need to learn to be prepared" and I told him that I know how to study and how to get ready for a test but that I just didn't have time for this class that I don't need, and that I really needed his help to pass it and he kept saying no.

What kind of partner WOULDNT help them is what I wanna know?  I'd do anything to get my husband in college and taking classes and I'd help him study every night if I had to because his success is just important as my own success bc we're a team
