Did it stay off after stopping the medication but continuing a healthy lifestyle?

After being on Lupron Depot shots last year, I’ve gained nearly 50lbs. I eat very clean, exercise regularly but the weight just keeps creeping on. I’m 5’9 so I don’t LOOK overweight but my BMI is way too high and this I know for my body this is not right.
