Letrozole and mixing up words?

I’ve noticed lately I’ve been mixing up my words. I’ll be talking and mean to say ‘lip’ and instead I will say ‘neck’. It’s been a very recent thing and has started to freak me out. I start jumping to the worst conclusion like maybe I have a brain tumor or something. I know that’s extreme, but I also have a history of that in my family, so really not so extreme.

My husband thinks it is a side effect of taking letrozole. I have read a few articles online saying this could cause confusion and affect the brain. Has anyone else experienced this?
