Not sure if this is allergies or a cold?

I took my son for a walk yesterday and it’s was beautiful but windy out.

I also slept with no heat on last night which got pretty cold..

This morning I woke up with a somewhat blocked nose that ended up clearing up and sort of itchy throat/nose.

Now I’m scared to get too close to my son because I know there’s also COVID to worry about.

It’s been a full day and symptoms haven’t gotten worse..I did try allergy medicine and it seemed to help a little bit I still feel it in my throat a little. Please help! I’m not an allergy sufferer normally, but after I had my son I noticed I had developed it🙈
