Watery milky discharge

So I lost a baby 2 weeks ago my 3rd actually and this week I’ve noticed I been very wet down there and having lots of kind of creamy watery discharge is this normal I feel healed no more bleeding oh and my boobs feel achy & having small ovary cramps very light but had a stroke of pain urlier in my pelvic area ? & discomfort in my anus area not painful but kinda like a pressure feeling It’s not from my pregnancy because those symptoms went away right as soon as I passed the baby what could it be ?i have had sex but we been being safe by pulling out cuz condoms irritate me so I know can’t be pregnant again
