10w5d ultrasound!

Just had my 10w5d ultrasound. Can you guys share yours? Does the head look right? Arent they suppose to have a neck by now? My embryo was PGS tested but I have this fear that they could tell me something is wrong with our baby. Dont have the genetic ultrasound until 12 weeks. At this ultrasound, everything measured correct and heart beat super strong! I would love to see your ultrasound pics!
