Help Kysts on ovaries so no periods 😖

Hi all

I’m 39 turning 40 and never had any periods trouble in my life. It has been 3 months that I had my 1st Kyst on one ovary so It prevented me from my period. Then after 2 cycles it disappeared came back to normal. And now I have one again and my ob gyn will force my periods in a couple of days. He says it’s the ovaries getting old but I want to conceive and I’m waiting for all this mess to come back to better cycles. Any recommandation ? To have the mucus linen thicker ? To ovulate better ? Weirdly I’ve been taking a pre natal fertility mix (Ovunol) for the past 3 months 😔 Thank you for help and hope Il terribly down and afraid i won’t be able to conceive
