Plan b / period

Okay ladies I took a plan b because I had unprotected sex and he you know what in me .. but the biggest thing was I was ovulating and you know they say it won’t work if your ovulating .. I took two dollar store pregnancy test and one dark line popped up and the other line was like really light .. so I’m thinking that I’m pregnant but until yesterday I got my period ‼️ and the blood is red red like new period red .. and I’m not spotting I’m having a regular flow like if I’m on my period.. I’m just going crazy right now please help !!

*and I made a appointment Friday to see my doctor to make sure everything is okay*
