Pregnancy weight gain
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to ask if a 9 pound weight gain from pre pregnancy to 13 weeks is considered a little too much? I’m only asking cause my OB said it was a little too much but didn’t make a big deal and said to watch out, but then when I had my appointment for WIC they made a really big deal about it and now have me scheduled to talk to a Dietrician. Do they have a right to be like that or am I just overacting? 💛
