Help!!

I had 1 depo shot in October last year and didnt have the next one which was due Jan this year as we decided to try to get pregnant. I had a period in February which lasted 5 days and I was due on 8 days ago, I had all the cramping but nothing. Now my boobs are really sore and I'm having increased discharge but tests are coming back negative, has anybody experienced this before??
