Did anyone who has had covid get cold like symptoms?

Is sneezing a lot most likely just a usual cold, or it can be a symptom of covid? I ordered a test so I am waiting for it to be dispatched.

Me and my SO both experienced head cold like symptoms only. Runny/stuffy nose. Congestion. My SO originally thought it was his allergies as well.
