Please help! Im so scared!

So i went for my first ultrasound today. Im supposed to be 8 weeks but im measuring at 6w1d (picture below, white like line-blob) 🥺 heart beat was hard to find but popped up at 101 😭 has anyone gone thru this before and been okay with a healthy and safe pregnancy? Im so scared and confused, when i took my pregnancy test i was « 5w1d » but in reality was only 4w1d (test attached also). Im so nervous & worried!
