Baby diaper blowouts 😂

My daughter has been having A LOT of blowouts. However, they don’t go out the sides it goes straight up her back all the way up to her neck. When she crawls around on the floor she often rolls over onto her back so I’m sure that helps it spread up there 😂 Is that a sign that her diaper is too small? I make sure that the diaper is snug against her waist and that she has plenty of room on her backside but this keeps happening at least 3 times a week 😂
